Chef Francesco Comito

 

After maintaining a sous-chef position for one of the most popular and

award winning North American chefs, Chef Comito developed a

working knowledge of Mediterranean, International and modern

Canadian cuisine.

 

For several years he has been conducting  fine catered events at

memorable private and public functions.  The variety of events that he

has been featured at range from Communions, Weddings, Baby

Showers, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs to Corporate Garden Parties.  

 

 

It is from this long lived passion that has evolved over a lifetime that

Chef Comito has come to enjoy the art of making food for others.       

He became aware of the significant and nutritional value of these tasty

and vibrant raw foods that he now creates.

 

For health concerns, he decided to start his journey with a pristine

lifestyle and thereafter took a new approach to raw vegan cuisine.  He

expanded his passion to create certain live dishes and make them appear

and even taste as though they were cooked dishes. He has a true love for

food, combined with original creativity.  His unique style of living and

food preparation has grown to be known as Vegan Fusion Cuisine - "the

mixing of ingredients from different cultures in one unique and original

dish."

the body healthy by getting vitamins and minerals

from whole foods."
